[Autohome News] On December 10th, we learned from official sources that the 30 millionth Chinese-brand vehicle from China Changan Automobile has officially rolled off the production line. The vehicle is an Avita 12 Quad-Laser Edition. It took 30 years for China Changan Automobile to reach its first 10 million vehicles, 7 more years to reach 20 million, and only 4 years to achieve the 30 million milestone. Currently, China Changan Automobile collaborates with 1,461 suppliers and operates 11,632 sales channels. The company plans to mass-produce a humanoid vehicle robot by 2028 and launch a commercial air route flying car in 2035. Notably, China's annual automobile production and sales exceed 30 million units, ranking first globally for 16 consecutive years, with new energy vehicles accounting for 68% of the global market.

Avita has now completed its "four models in three years" product layout, forming a matrix covering both pure electric and extended-range powertrains. This comprehensively covers the mainstream luxury market with price ranges from 200,000 to 700,000 RMB. As of now, Avita has won over 220,000 users. In November alone, monthly sales reached 14,057 units, a year-on-year increase of 21%, marking the ninth consecutive month with sales exceeding 10,000 units and demonstrating sustained strong growth momentum. Simultaneously, Avita is accelerating its global expansion, having successfully entered 38 countries and regions and gained recognition from global users, including the King of Bhutan and the Qatari royal family.

Looking ahead, Avita will deepen its strategic cooperation with Huawei and CATL to achieve more industry-first applications of groundbreaking technologies. Its product matrix is set for rapid expansion, with plans to launch four co-created models with Huawei by 2026. By 2030, the brand aims to have launched a total of 17 new models, fully covering segments such as sedans, SUVs, and MPVs. The globalization process will also accelerate, targeting entry into over 80 countries and regions with more than 700 sales channels by 2030, aiming for global sales of 800,000 units.

The Avita 12 Quad-Laser Edition was launched in October, offering six configurations with a guide price range of 269,900 to 429,900 RMB. The new model adds a Sunrise Gold Gray exterior and Rocky Brown interior color option. It comes standard with features including front-row dual zero-gravity seats, a 25-speaker Meridian sound system, and a 52 kWh CATL Super Extended-Range Hybrid battery. The vehicle is equipped with the Huawei Qiankun ADS 4 full-scenario intelligent driving system, featuring three long-range lidars and one rear high-precision solid-state lidar. An assist driving indicator light is also standard across all variants.

In terms of powertrain, the Avita 12 extended-range version has a motor with a maximum power of 231 kW, a CLTC pure-electric range of 356 km, and a comprehensive range of up to 1,270 km. The pure electric rear-wheel-drive version has a maximum power of 237 kW and a CLTC range of 755 km. The all-wheel-drive version features front/rear motors with maximum power of 165 kW and 237 kW respectively, a combined power output of 402 kW, and a CLTC range of 705 km. (Text/Autohome Yao Yu)
